Healthy Aging Champions are volunteers in New Brunswick who are seniors that share their experiences with aging and encourage others to find ways to stay physically active, keep socially engaged and practice a healthy lifestyle.
The Department of Social Development seeks volunteers who are interested in helping to promote a culture of healthy aging and vibrant living in their communities.
How do Healthy Aging Champions help their communities?
- establishing exercise groups
