Where can I get a copy of my Notice of Assessments?
FAQ Answer
If you’ve misplaced the paper copy of your Notice of Assessment that was mailed to you, there are two easy ways to get a replacement copy:
- You can request a new copy by mail. Contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) at 1-800-959-8281. On the phone, they will ask you for your Social Insurance Number, Date of Birth and line 150 ($amount) from your most recent tax return.
- You can request an online copy through CRA’s My Account website.
If you have not filed your income tax from the previous 2 years and/or require further assistance, contact your local Social Development office.
