FAQ Answer
The program focuses on building supports and preparing someone with a disability for employment and other community connections. Planning is key to removing barriers and identifying ways to build those connections so people are prepared. It may be pre-employment training or foundational skills such as life skills or resume writing that’s required before placement in a workplace occurs.
