How do I get reimbursed for my child’s eye exam or corrective glasses?
FAQ Answer
After your child’s eye exam or glasses purchase, submit a vision claim to your private insurance company/companies.
When you receive a statement from your private insurance, you may submit the Vision Benefit for Four Year Olds claim form and a copy of your detailed reimbursement receipt(s). Medavie Blue Cross will assess your vision claim and forward any applicable vision compensation.
